Nanjiang 15 is a mid-to-high-end Maotai-flavor liquor produced by Guizhou Nanjiang Liquor Industry Group. This liquor uses local glutinous red sorghum and wheat as raw materials, and combines with the high-quality water source of赤水河 (Chishui River), the “China Liquor River”. It is elaborately brewed by adopting the traditional “12987” Maotai-flavor liquor brewing process. Maotai-flavor: the liquor is slightly yellow, with prominent Maotai-flavor, pure Qu aroma, elegant Chen aroma, delicate and smooth taste, full and mellow body, harmonious taste, and lingering aftertaste.
